Lee is an experienced Environmental and Engineering professional with extensive experience in Contract, Commercial and Project Management, supporting a broad range of schemes and clients in property and construction, from transaction through to planning support and development. Operating in the Environmental and Civil Engineering profession for over seventeen years he specialises in Geo-Environmental consultancy, commercial support and abnormal cost appraisals from an environmental perspective servicing a wide range of clients globally. He has been involved in the design, implementation and management of numerous complex and high profile development and infrastructure projects across Africa, Europe and the UK. Lee has a strong focus on adding value to clients on complex schemes in terms of cost, programme and the environment from an early stage.

Jethro is an experienced environmental professional with responsibility for the strategic growth of the Environmental Planning Services group at REC. Jethro works in all aspects of land development to ensure the smooth transition from initial site selection through to construction and operation by identifying and reducing environmental risks, particularly at the planning application stage. He has specialist experience in the air quality sector, having provided advice to a wide range of clients including developers, planners, strategic land managers and architects, as well as local and national authorities, and is also involved in the management and direction of ecology, acoustics, lighting and flood risk teams. He has been involved in high profile projects throughout Europe and the Middle East and provides solution driven services to deliver high quality sustainable development.

Mark is an analytical chemist with extensive experience in environmental analysis. With international business experience, a sincere drive to ensure mutually beneficial business relationships and having led numerous environmental analysis businesses into a market leading position, Mark is now focussing on asbestos analysis and consultancy for REC and is striving to make the “necessary evil” of asbestos management a little “less evil” for REC’s clients.
