Conal Kearney

Head of Noise & Air

Conal has over 20 years’ experience in the noise and air quality sector including within both the private and public sectors. His role includes the production and project management of Impact Assessments in support of planning and permit applications for a wide range of UK and international clients and sectors. He also has detailed knowledge of the LAQM process and annual reporting to DEFRA, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), co-ordination of multi-disciplinary environmental assessment work in support of planning applications and dispersion modelling studies. Conal has a Master of Science degree in Environmental Pollution Control, is a member of the Institute of Environmental Science and the Institute of Air Quality Management.

A respected expert in the Asbestos services sector and an examiner for the British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS) Certificate of Competence, Scott demonstrates a real passion for the safety of our environment and advises clients on all facets of asbestos management especially for large programmes of work and corporate asbestos responsibilities up to expert witness. Scott leads the development of REC’s Asbestos business.

Stuart is passionate about the industry and leads our multi-disciplinary consultancy operations in the South.
