Asbestos Sampling - Brownfield Site

REC Asbestos was called in to assist a developer who believed asbestos was present on-site contaminated in fly-tipped waste and in the Made Ground.

REC Asbestos surveyors collected samples of any suspicious materials along with soil samples and these were then analysed at REC's in-house UKAS accredited laboratory.

The results of the analysis meant that the client could deal with the contamination without the expense of employing a licensed contractor, which they had originally budgeted for providing the client with a considerable cost saving.
