Construction Environmental Management Plans

An increasing number of Planning Authorities are incorporating the requirement for Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMP) as planning conditions for construction and redevelopment projects.

CEMP's are required as a means of ensuring high standards of environmental operational control, legislative compliance and management are implemented during development phases. CEMP's also provide a suitable platform in which to gain agreements on operational methods between the client, consultant and regulator prior to works commencing and the reassurance this provides.

In conjunction with our Environmental Management team, REC Geoenvironmental have proven experience in the development and implementation of CEMP's and their successful approval by Local Planning Authorities.
