Asbestos Monitoring

To ensure compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 REC Asbestos are fully UKAS accredited for the provision of on-site asbestos monitoring services following asbestos removal from premises ensuring they are fit for appropriate reoccupation or demolition.

Where premises are to be used for re-occupation, upon satisfactory completion of all works REC Asbestos will issue a certificate of re-occupation in accordance with Regulation 17 of Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006.
