Contaminated Land Audits

Our experienced auditors assess the potential contaminated land liabilities resulting from the existing and historical land use, the site setting, the hydrological site characteristics, potential migration pathways and targets potentially susceptible to contamination. In addition we can address building fabric, non-compliance with discharge consents and workplace exposure to hazardous substances. We can also conduct rapid and comprehensive Phase II site investigations in order to provide the additional assurance that is required for some transaction decisions.
