ROOTX BARRIER LABORATORY TRIAL (October 2005). In order to prove the bio-barrier performance of the proprietary ROOTX barrier system a laboratory test has recently been undertaken by REC Ltd and Amenity Contract Services Ltd. The test was performed on a mixture of plant species including mustard, docks, meadow grass and Japanese Knotweed within a peat and compost based soil matrix.
